Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, labels, and documentation must be included.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be approved.
Non-Returnable Items

Return Process

Refunds

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note that it may take 5โ10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund after it has been issued.
Shipping charges, duties, taxes, and customs fees are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or due to our error.

If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined above, where eligible.

If KYNEX Peptides ships the wrong product or quantity, we will correct the mistake at no additional cost to you after verifying the issue.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package appears delayed or lost:

Exchanges
